MIG welder wanted in Midland County

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Midland County, Texas. The job is on a structural steel site. Day to day you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
