Immediate opening: gypsum plasterer (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in City of Bristol, Virginia. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
