We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Henry County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
