Great opportunity: rebar fixer (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Grundy County, Missouri. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
