Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
