Back-of-house cleaner — Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
