You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams You will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; guide loads through tight openings into their final position.
