Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
