Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Rockwall County, Texas. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. The role involves cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
