Counter butcher wanted in Marengo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Marengo County, Alabama. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
