Powder coating operator wanted in Clallam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Clallam County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
