Site dozer operator — Vale of Glamorgan

Join our team: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
