Industrial sewing operator — Clallam County

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Clallam County, Washington. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Day-to-day duties: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Full-time with occasional weekends.
