Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Union County, New Jersey. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees.
