Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
