Lift mechanic • Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience.
