Dogger wanted in Gila County

Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Gila County, Arizona. You will be based at a busy construction site. Day to day you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
