Catering cook wanted in Haywood County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Haywood County, North Carolina. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
