Great opportunity: surface coating operator (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jasper County, Missouri. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
