Join our team: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Osceola County, Michigan. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
