Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Marshall County, Iowa. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production.
