Production welder — Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Scott County, Arkansas. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
