Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
