Now hiring: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Clay County, Alabama. You will work in a collision repair centre. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
