The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
