Great opportunity: stone mason (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Grimes County, Texas. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. The role involves cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish. You should have: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
