The role involves check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
