Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Garland County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
