Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Broadwater County, Montana. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
