We are recruiting: heavy goods vehicle driver (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Camden County, North Carolina. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. Requirements: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Day-to-day duties: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
