Civil works labourer • Boone County, Nebraska

Join our team: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Boone County, Nebraska. Day to day you will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. What we are looking for: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
