You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
