Lift maintenance fitter • Edwards County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Edwards County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. The role involves: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
