Immediate opening: restaurant steward (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Jackson County, North Carolina. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Six days a week, one day off.
