Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Humboldt County, Iowa. The job is at a high-rise construction project. On a typical shift you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
