Stainless steel welder wanted in Kaduna South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE Six days a week, one day off.
