Fire and safety officer wanted in Ahoada East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Ahoada East, Rivers State. The job is at an oil and gas facility. The role involves check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements 4+ years on the tools preferred.
