What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
