Tyre service technician • Borough of Bury, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Borough of Bury, England. You will be based in a tyre and puncture shop. Your main tasks: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills We offer £90 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
