Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
