Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Callaway County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
