Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Barrow County, Georgia. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) The role involves back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
