Head baker wanted in Cleveland County

What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
