Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Oshimili South, Delta State. Day-to-day duties: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Rotating shifts.
