Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Phelps County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
