Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Berks County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
