Trainee butcher • Noble County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Noble County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred.
