Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
