Gas pipe fitter wanted in Huntington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Huntington County, Indiana. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. On a typical shift you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
