Immediate opening: acoustic insulation fitter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Randall County, Texas. You will be based on a construction site. On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Part-time with flexible hours.
